An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a complex aluminum plate, and a complex plate manufactured by the apparatus and the method are disclosed. The apparatus for manufacturing a complex aluminum plate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first aluminum plate waveform processing unit which processes a first aluminum plate into a first aluminum waveform plate having a waveform shape; a second aluminum plate waveform processing unit which processes a second aluminum plate to be joined with the first aluminum plate into a second aluminum waveform plate having a waveform shape; a first and second aluminum waveform plate joining unit which overlaps and joins the first and second aluminum waveform plates that have been processed to the waveform shape; and a complex aluminum plate forming unit which performs an embossing process on the first and the second aluminum waveform plates to form embossing on the overlapped first and second aluminum waveform plates and joined to form a complex aluminum plate.
