The present invention provides a battery charging unit for an automatic guided vehicle which is capable of stably connecting a battery separated from the automatic guided vehicle to a charging terminal to charge the battery, and an automatic battery replacement apparatus for an automatic guided vehicle having the same. The battery charging unit for an automatic guided vehicle according to the present invention includes a cell housing having an inner space partitioned into a plurality of areas for containing batteries; a plurality of charging cells provided in the partitioned areas of the cell housing to contain the batteries and having gates for inputting and outputting the batteries, respectively; a plurality of charging terminals installed in the charging cells to be electrically connected to connection terminals for charging batteries contained in the charging cells to charge the batteries; and a plurality of battery clamps installed in the charging cells to fix the batteries at positions at which the connection terminals for charging the batteries and the charging terminals are connected. |
