摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rush processed food using a dietary fiber included in rush, and improving an intestinal environment more efficiently.SOLUTION: The rush processed food comprises rush powders, sporogenous lactic acid bacterium, papaya fermentation extract, and natural oligosaccharide. The rush powders are obtained by immersing rush to hot water, subjecting the rush branching processing, and hot air drying for pulverizing the rush to powders having predetermined particle size. The papaya fermentation extract is obtained by adding water and dextrose to pulp of papaya, then adding bread yeast and lactic acid bacterium and then the mixture is fermented and matured for constant period, and pH is adjusted to 3.0 to 3.8, then the obtained fermented and matured solution is filtered, then further the lactic acid bacterium and dextrose are added to the filtrate, then the mixture is dried and processed to granule-state.SELECTED DRAWING: None
