PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition and a surface protective film having excellent antistatic performance, having a good balance of adhesive force at a low peeling speed and at a high peeling speed and having a long pot life and excellent durability and reworkability.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition which comprises an acrylic polymer, an antistatic agent and a crosslinking agent, where the acrylic polymer is composed of a copolymer produced by copolymerizing (A) a (meth)acrylate monomer having an alkyl group having 4 to 10 carbon atoms, (B) a copolymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl group, (C) a copolymerizable monomer having a carboxyl group and (D) a polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, the crosslinking agent is a tri- or more-functional isocyanate compound and contains (F) a crosslinking retarder, (G) a crosslinking catalyst and (I) a polyether-modified siloxane compound having an HLB value of 7 to 12, the acrylic polymer has an acid value of 0.01 to 8.0 and the antistatic agent is an ionic compound having a melting point of 30 to 80°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
