PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit simulation method and a circuit simulator capable of designing a circuit reflecting recovery characteristics and a computer readable recording medium.SOLUTION: The circuit simulation method acquires a first electric characteristic values under which a circuit element, the electric characteristics of which changes time sequentially, is operated using a predetermined operation condition. The circuit simulation method also corrects the first electrical characteristic value based on a period of time when an application of an electric stress exceeding a reference value is stopped during operation of the circuit element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
