PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility in which a function of a non-contact communication is enabled at a user's unintended timing.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises: a communication section which performs a radio communication with an external radio communication device in a non-contact manner through an antenna; a control section which switches a radio communication operation of the communication section to an enabled state or disabled state; and a storage section which stores setting of the enabled state or disabled state of the radio communication operation. The control section switches the radio communication operation of the communication section to be in a disabled state before performing shutdown processing to terminate software so that the communication section may not perform the radio communication operation while turning off the power of the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
