PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic wiring board in which decrease of strength due to growth of ceramic particles is suppressed.SOLUTION: In a ceramic wiring board where at least one ceramic insulation layer and at least one conductor layer are laminated, average particle size of ceramic particles composing the ceramic insulation layer is 1.36 μm or less, and out of the ceramic particles composing the ceramic insulation layer, the number ratio of ceramic particles having an average particle size 1.00 μm or more larger than that of the ceramic particles composing the ceramic insulation layer is 3.0% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
