PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of detecting displacement of winding of various sheets wound around a winding core during winding, and a winding device.SOLUTION: While a cell element is manufactured, each time a winding core 13 is rotated at 180°, a separator sheet 2 or a separator sheet 3 that is a first inspection object is imaged by a camera 133 for visible light after being irradiated with visible light from visible light irradiation means 131 of inspection devices 18 and 19, and a positive electrode sheet 4 or a negative electrode sheet 5 that is a second inspection object is imaged by a camera 134 for infrared light after being irradiated with infrared light from infrared light irradiation means 132. On the basis of image data captured by the cameras 133 and 134, the displacement of winding of the various sheets 2-5 is inspected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
