PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component for measurement of an optical fiber transmission body and a measuring method of the optical fiber transmission body capable of efficiently measuring an optical characteristic of a plurality of core parts of the optical fiber transmission body having the core parts.SOLUTION: The component for measurement inputs test light to an optical fiber transmission body having a plurality of core parts, a first end, and a second end. The component for measurement includes: a first component that is connected to the first end, and has a light input waveguide core part connected to a first core part of the plurality of core parts; and a second component that is connected to the second end, and has a first connection waveguide core part for interconnecting the first core part and the second core part, of the plurality of core parts, at the second end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
