PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen cooling type turbine generator which is improved in safety by promptly processing oxygen gas leaked into a generator body.SOLUTION: In this hydrogen cooling type turbine generator, an impurity removal device includes: a circulation pipeline 5 whose both ends are connected to a generator body 1, respectively and which circulates oxygen gas; moisture generating means 10a, 10b which are provided inside the generator body 1 and generate moisture by reacting hydrogen gas and oxygen gas leaked thereinto; moisture removal means 6 which is attached to the circulation pipeline 5 and removes moisture; and oxygen gas separation/condensation means 8 which is attached to the circulation pipeline 5 and removes impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
