PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass and an application method of liquid for a functional membrane which is configured such that an application time can be shortened when applying the liquid for the functional membrane on an area prepared by leaving a prescribed width from an upper edge of the window glass.SOLUTION: A window glass has an upper edge and a pair of lateral edges, is openable and closable on a door of an automobile, and brings the upper edge into contact with a contact part of an upper part frame of the door. Therein, a functional membrane formed on a part of at least one side surface is provided, an outer edge of the functional membrane includes a central part extended along the upper edge leaving a prescribed width from the upper edge, lateral edge parts extended along the pair of lateral edges and a corner part which connects the central part and respective lateral edge parts, and at least one side of the corner part is formed in a circular-arcuate shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
