PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly clean a prescribed floor surface area including a position determined that dust is present.SOLUTION: A self-propelled vacuum cleaner includes: a housing; a travel control part for traveling the housing; a dust collection part for collecting dust on a floor surface; a dust detection part for detecting presence/absence of the dust on the floor surface; a dust determination part for determining whether or not a prescribed amount or more of dust is present on the floor surface on the basis of the detected presence/absence of the dust; and a control part which, when it is determined that the dust is present, causes the travel control part to move, by a travel pattern of a spot travel mode, the housing on the prescribed floor surface area including a spot initial position on which the presence of the dust is determined and causes the dust collection part to collect the dust on the prescribed floor surface area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
