PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid and a cleaning method capable of obtaining a cleaning effect to metal nanoink.SOLUTION: Provided is a cleaning liquid comprising an organic solvent, water, a complex generator and a dispersant of dispersing metal nanoparticles, in which the ratio of the water is 1 to 70 vol%, the addition amount of the dispersant is 0.1 to 8 wt%, the complex generator includes at least two or more kinds of complex generators, and the addition amount of the total is 0.01 to 0.5 mol/L. Also provided is a cleaning method containing a process where, using the cleaning liquid comprising an organic solvent, water, a complex generator and a dispersant of dispersing metal nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles are cleaned. The ratio of the water in the cleaning liquid is 1 to 70 vol%, the addition amount of the dispersant in the cleaning liquid is 0.1 to 8 wt.%, the complex generator includes at least two kinds of complex generators, and the total addition amount of the complex generator in the cleaning liquid is 0.01 to 0.5 mol/L.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
