PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip cutter and a drilling machine, capable of providing a rotation center of the drilling machine on a desired position, and stabilizing direction of a revolving shaft of the drilling machine.SOLUTION: A tip cutter 60, which is attached to the tip of a drilling machine for drilling a catalyst by being driven rotatively in a reaction tower, includes: a drilling part 61 provided on the center of the tip on the drilling direction side, and extending along the axis X; a cylindrical stabilizer 62 provided coaxially with the drilling part 61, and extending in the axis X direction; and a connection part 63 for connecting the drilling part 61 to the stabilizer 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
