PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wadding composed of Taslan processed yarn that does not use hot-melt adhesive yarn as a core yarn.SOLUTION: A wadding is formed from Taslan processed yarn. The Taslan processed yarn comprises: a core yarn 1 composed of false-twisted multifilament yarn A composed of a plurality of nylon fibers a; and a floating yarn 2 composed of false-twisted multifilament yarn B composed of a plurality of polyester fibers b which has higher fineness than the nylon fibers a. The fixing of the core yarn 1 to the floating yarn 2 does not take place by thermal fusion bonding but takes place by blending interlacing. A fineness of the nylon fiber a is in the range of 2 to 5 dtex and a fineness of the polyester fiber b is in the range of 3 to 20 dtex. The Taslan processed yarn has a bulkiness of 25 to 40 mm and a weight of 1.5 to 4.0 kg per 10000 m of the processed yarn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
