PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label issuing device which is reduced in size and improved in label issuing speed.SOLUTION: A label issuing device 100 comprises: a double-face printing device 110 printing both sides of a double-face printing label 3 on both side of which a belt-like rear face side label having a release agent layer and a front face side label having an adhesive layer are stuck together with the release agent layer and the adhesive layer facing each other; and a label peeling mechanism 120 partially separating the rear face side label from the front side label and separating a single leaf double-face label 2 having a part of the front face side label and a part of the rear side label, from the double-face printing label 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
