Disclosed are a surface antibacterial functionalized bone-like apatite-polyurethane bone repair scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The bone repair scaffold is a material layer having a thickness of 20 to 500 nm, preferably a thickness of 50 to 200 nm, and composed of mesoporous silicon dioxide nanoparticles having a particle size of 20 to 100 nm loaded with an antibacterial ingredient, covered on the surface of a bone-like apatite-polyurethane porous scaffold, wherein the loading capacity of the antibacterial ingredient is 5 to 50% by mass of the silicon dioxide nanoparticles. During the preparation, the formed bone-like apatite-polyurethane porous scaffold is placed in a suspension of mesoporous silicon dioxide loaded with the proportional quantity of the antibacterial ingredient<b/>under a negative pressure condition for 0.05 to 3 hours, and is then taken out and dried. Covering a mesoporous silicon dioxide nanoparticle layer loaded with the antibacterial ingredient on the surface of the bone repair scaffold can achieve the surface antibacterial functionalization of the scaffold and enable the controlled release of the antibacterial ingredient, and achieve the anti-bacterial infection property of the scaffold and meet the clinical requirement for antibacterial bone repair materials.
