A two-way ratchet rotary lifting/lowering support frame for a desktop display device, comprising a base (1), a rotatable outer sleeve cylinder (2) erected on the base and an inner sleeve cylinder (3) matingly provided within the outer sleeve cylinder, where the inner sleeve cylinder can slide up and down in the outer sleeve cylinder, and the inner sleeve cylinder is fixed relative to the circumferential direction of the outer sleeve cylinder, also comprising an inner sleeve cylinder lifting/lowering mechanism and an outer sleeve cylinder rotating mechanism. These two mechanisms employ two-way ratchets (9 and 15) and bevel gears (7 and 13) that are meshed with and axially perpendicular to each other as core transmission components, which respectively drive a nut and bolt set and a planetary gear set to drive the lifting/lowering of the inner sleeve cylinder and the rotation of the outer sleeve cylinder. The features of the two-way ratchets overcome the shortcoming that earlier support frames for desktop display devices can only be driven into action either manually or by a complex and expensive motor, the lifting/lowering and rotation of a display device can be implemented instead by means of treading, operation is extremely effortless, quick, and elegant, and the overall structure is simple. |
