A multifunctional machine tool, comprising a machine body (7). Multiple transparent tunnels (6) are disposed on two sides of the machine body in the width direction. A spindle cutter module (11) capable of entering and exiting the machine body is arranged on each tunnel. The upper part of the machine body is provided with a workpiece moving device for driving a workpiece to move along X, Y and Z axes. The lower part of the workpiece moving device is connected to a workpiece fixture through a double-rotation clamping mechanism. The double-rotation clamping mechanism drives the workpiece to rotate along the horizontal axis and the vertical axis. Two rows of material conveyors (8) are disposed between a working area and an operating area of the machine body.
