The present invention relates to a device and a method for unloading loads, and more particularly, to a device and a method for unloading loads which injects gas into an air tube disposed inside a carrying box to expand the air tube and push the loads out of the carrying box using expanding power of the air tube, thereby carrying out unloading work more easily.
