This battery pack (100) is provided with: a plurality of chargeable/dischargeable cylindrical batteries (1); a battery holder (2) in which the plurality of chargeable/dischargeable cylindrical batteries (1) are arranged; and a thermally conductive resin (7) which closely adheres to the cylindrical batteries (1) contained in the battery holder (2) in a thermally coupled state in the upper part of the battery holder (2). The battery holder (2) comprises: a bottom plate (21) that is provided with a plurality of holding grooves (23) in which the cylindrical batteries (1) are arranged; and partition walls (24) that are arranged between adjacent cylindrical batteries (1) between the holding grooves (23). The partition walls (24) are lower than the diameter of the cylindrical batteries (1) arranged in the holding grooves (23), and the thermally conductive resin (7) is arranged between adjacent cylindrical batteries (1) above the partition walls (24) so that the thermally conductive resin (7) connects the adjacent cylindrical batteries (1).
