The present invention relates to an apparatus to repair a building having a new structure to prevent a worker from falling when the worker repairs an outer wall of a high-rise building. According to the present invention, the apparatus to repair a building enables a cage (30) where the worker boards to be adsorbed and fixated to an outer wall surface (2) of the building (1) when the cage (30) is lifted or when the cage (30) is stopped. As such, the apparatus to repair the building prevents the worker from falling due to a movement of the cage (30) during a repairing work.
