摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image development toner capable of obtaining low-temperature fixability, heat-resistant storage, and fixation separability; and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An electrostatic charge image development toner includes toner particles in which an amorphous polyester resin as domain phases is dispersed in a matrix phase containing a vinyl resin. The number average domain diameter of the domain phases formed of the amorphous polyester resin is 30 to 150 nm. When the average radius of the cross sections of the toner particles, whose areas are each to be maximum is r, the total area a of the domain phases formed of the amorphous polyester resin present in a surface layer region of the cross section within a distance of r/5 from the surface to the inside in the radial direction of each of the toner particles and the total area b of the domain phases formed of the amorphous polyester resin present in an area other than the surface layer region of the cross section satisfy the formula (1): a/(a+b)×100(%)≥80(%).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
