PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide component mounting method and system that can secure the mounting position precision at the initial stage of production in a construction that both of feedback correction and correction of aging are performed in combination.SOLUTION: In a component mounting process of a component mounting system in which an inspecting device for inspecting a mounting state is disposed at the downstream side of plural component mounting devices, on the basis of a positional displacement state detected by the inspection of the mounting state and aging information of a component mounting mechanism in a component mounting step, a feedback correction value for enhancing the mounting position precision is calculated, and stored as correction value corresponding data associated with the aging information. With respect to a substrate as a target of a component mounting work, the feedback correction value corresponding to the aging information of the substrate is determined by referring to the stored correction value corresponding data before the substrate reaches the inspection step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
