PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system that analyzes the user's operating pattern and proposes improvement of an operating method regarding a function determined to be in a troubled state.SOLUTION: An operation support system that has help information and proposes the help information to a user comprises: a standard data recording unit that records operational information on software collected by cloud computing; a personal data recording unit that records operational information on the user's software; a troubled state determining unit that determines the troubled state of the user from information in the standard data recording unit and the personal data recording unit; and a reflecting unit that, when the user is determined to be in a troubled state, presents the help information to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
