PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device employing a C/C composite material which can stabilize a friction coefficient even in a high load range and a high rotation range.SOLUTION: A transmission device 1 transmits rotation torque. A slide mechanism part 20 is connected to a rotation member 10 which transmits rotation torque, and has a first piece 21 having a first slide surface 211, and a seconde piece 22 having a second slide surface 221 coming into contact with the first slide surface 211. The first piece 21 and the seconde piece 22 are made of a C/C composite material.
