PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation wire, a coil, an electrical and electronic device and a manufacturing method of the insulation wire without depending on crystallinity index of a used resin, excellent in thermal aging resistance, having maintained or improved mechanical properties and suppressed reduction of insulation breakdown voltage after heating with iron core winding status.SOLUTION: There are provided an insulation wire having at least one insulation layer on an outer periphery of a conductor, where at least one layer of the insulation layer consists of a mixed resin of a crystalline resin (A) and a resin (B) having glass transition temperature measured by a thermomechanical analysis of 30°C higher than that of the crystalline resin (A) and mixture mass ratio of the mixed resin (mass of the crystalline resin (A):mass of the resin (B) is 90:10 to 51:49, a coil, an electrical and electronic device and a manufacturing method of the insulation wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
