PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method with higher productivity and to provide a recovery method of a cultural product, in culturing cells which produce cultural products.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a recovery method of a cultural product comprised in a culture medium, in culturing cells which produces cultural products, comprising B. a step of delivering the culture medium to a membrane filter; C. a reciprocal style filtering step of filtering to obtain a permeate, while changing the flow of the culture medium so as to reciprocate to the direction parallel to the filter membrane surface; D. a step of returning remained culture medium which remains without penetrating the membrane filter; and G. a step of recovering the cultural product from the permeate, wherein as the membrane filter for use in the step B, a porous membrane with an average pore size of a culture medium side surface of 20 μm or more to 100 μm or less, or a porous membrane in which the ratio of pores with a diameter of less than 20 μm of the culture medium side surface to the entire pores of the culture medium side surface is 50% or less is used.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
