PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-fitting apparatus intended to ensure the accuracy of a press-fitting stroke.SOLUTION: A press-fitting apparatus comprises: a workpiece holding section; one pressurizing unit pressing one of a press-fitting tool and a backup tool on a workpiece from one side while adjusting a three-dimensional position of the workpiece; the other pressing unit pressing the other tool, which is the press-fitting tool or the backup tool, on the workpiece from the opposite side while adjusting the three-dimensional position thereof; and a press-fitting control unit controlling a stroke amount of the tool in a press-fitting direction during press-fitting work. The press-fitting control unit includes a stroke operation unit 93 that compares a current value of the stroke amount of the tool in the press-fitting direction with a necessary value thereof and operating the tool so that the current value is equal to the necessary value; a displacement-data storage unit 91 outputting a displacement amount of each of one and the other pressing units in the press-fitting direction; and a stroke correction unit 92 correcting at least one of the current value and the necessary value compared with each other by the stroke operation unit 93 on the basis of the output displacement amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20 |
