PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply acquire desired information to improve convenience of a user.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: an acquisition section which acquires a captured image and identification information of a first user; a specifying section which specifies a second user on the basis of characteristic information of the captured image; a relationship information acquisition section which acquires relationship information between the first user and the second user; a related information acquisition section which acquires first related information of the second user, on the basis of the relationship information; an inquiry section which makes an inquiry to the first user whether to additionally acquire second related information different from the first related information, on the basis of the relationship information; and an additional acquisition section which additionally acquires the second related information, on the basis of an additional acquisition instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
