PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase detector capable of detecting a phase of a signal of a high frequency with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A phase detector 1 includes: a first polarity switcher 11 which inputs a signal A and a first polarity switching signal Sa, switches a positive/negative polarity of the signal A in accordance with the first polarity switching signal Sa and outputs a result as a signal Sc; an adder 13 which inputs the signal Sc and a signal B, adds the signal Sc and the signal B and outputs a signal Sd; a distortion circuit 15 which inputs the signal Sd and outputs a signal Se that is nonlinear relatively to the signal Sd; and a second polarity switcher 17 which inputs the signal Se and a second polarity switching signal Sb, switches a positive/negative polarity of the signal Se in accordance with the second polarity switching signal Sb and outputs a result as a signal Sf.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
