PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick-up device having a hybrid structure, capable of highly accurately image a fluorescent image corresponding to an interested wavelength.SOLUTION: This image pick-up device includes a first substrate 101, a second substrate 102, first pixels 106-1-106-n, and second pixels 104-1-104-n to which light transmitted through the first pixels 106-1-106-n is irradiated. The second pixels 104-1-104-n have first PN junction surfaces 1041-1-1041-n parallel to a light-receiving surface, and second PN junction surfaces 1042-1-1042-n which are parallel with the light receiving surface and exist at deeper positions than the first PN junction surfaces 1041-1-1041-n, and generate a second signal corresponding to light in a second wavelength band from charges obtained by the second PN junction surfaces 1042-1-1042-n.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
