an outer layer, wherein the outer layer is a skirt; an inner layer, wherein the inner layer is a compression garment having a first leg portion and a second leg portion; a waistband adapted to extend around a waist of a wearer when the garment is worn and permanently affixed to the outer layer and the inner layer; and an opening disposed in the inner layer substantially between the first leg portion and the second leg portion.
