A backlight module and a display device. The backlight module comprises a light guide plate (13), a light-emitting diode (141) located at a light incident side of the light guide plate (13), and an optical lens (20) arranged between a light emergent side of the light-emitting diode (141) and the light incident side of the light guide plate (13), wherein a first surface of the optical lens (20), close to the light-emitting diode (141), is jagged. The backlight module can increase the light emergent efficiency and reduce heat emissions. |
