This invention relates to a motor vehicle (1) with a parking light (23), a dipped beam (24) and a main beam (25), and with a dashboard (2) and a steering column (3), wherein, for the purpose of realizing the lightweight construction concept, the parking light (23), the dipped beam (24) and the main beam (25) are automatically controllable by means of information from a navigation system (21) and from at least one camera (22) for the environment around the vehicle, and the vehicle does not have any operating device operable by the driver for the parking light (23), the dipped beam (24) and/or the main beam (25) with at least one button, at least one switch and/or at least one operating lever in or on a dashboard (2) or on a steering column (3).
