The present invention provides a cloud streaming service system, a cloud streaming service method using source information and an apparatus for the same. A cloud streaming server captures a change area included in a changed frame, performs a still image encoding to the change area using an encoding method determined by considering whether image characteristic information corresponding to the change area exists, and transmits the area that has undergone a change via still image encoding to a user to perform a cloud streaming service based on the still image. The cloud streaming server can be configured to be capable of providing a further effective service by saving a resource thereof required to process the image.
