The present invention relates to a soundproof plate of which both lateral surfaces are separable. In the soundproof plate composed of a rectangular plate-shaped soundproof panel and an edge member covering the edge of the soundproof panel and having both ends fixated to a corresponding vertical groove between posts, a flat surface (220) is formed to position an edge end of the soundproof panel (100) on the center of an inner surface of the edge member (200) forming a rectangular shape by making the edge end of the soundproof panel (100) slide and adhere to the inner surface of the edge member (200). A locking protrusion and a fixating protrusion protrude from the flat surfaces (220) in both sides in pairs around each end of the soundproof panel (100) to be parallel to each other. First and second holder fixating units (300, 300a) having a locking port and a fixating port facing each other and formed to be bent in the each protruding end are formed. The front end is locked by the fixating port of the fixating protrusion while being elastically transformed while the rear end is locked by the locking port of the locking protrusion. At the same time, an elastic fixing holder (400) of which an adhering end formed on one side is fixated while supporting the soundproof panel (100) is formed. The present invention obtains an effect of manually separating the soundproof panel at a desirable location as the soundproof panel is separated from the edge member when the elastic fixating holder is separated during the replacement of the soundproof panel. |
