PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system and a luminaire that can provide an illumination environment suitable for wake-up and awaken a sleeper with comfortableness.SOLUTION: A lighting system 10 has plural luminaires 1 containing a luminaire 1 disposed in the neighborhood of a sleeping place. The luminaire 1 has a light source 2 for emitting illumination light, a controller 3 for controlling lighting of the light source 2, and a transceiver 4 for receiving and transmitting a control signal containing a turn-on signal for turning on the light source 2. The controller 3 of at least one luminaire 1 turns on the light source 2 and controls the transceiver 4 to transmit the control signal to the other luminaires 1 before a preset wake-up set time T. According to this construction, since the control signal is transmitted to the other luminaires 1, so that the other luminaires 1 can be interlocked, and an illumination environment suitable for wake-up can be provided, thereby awakening a sleeper with comfortableness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
