PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB memory device capable of reducing a noise while suppressing an increase in a wiring area.SOLUTION: A USB memory device includes: a substrate 1; and a casing 2. The substrate 1 includes: a semiconductor chip 100 capable of storing data; a plurality of terminals 6 for operation which can be electrically connected to external equipment; a reference potential terminal 7; and reference potential wiring 4. The casing 2 is configured to internally hold the substrate 1, and connected to the reference potential terminal 7, and provided with conductivity. One of the terminals 6 for operation is electrically connected to the reference potential of the external equipment. The reference potential wiring 4 is configured to electrically connect the terminal 6 for operation electrically connected to the reference potential of the external equipment to the reference potential terminal 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
