PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an electronic device to be controlled by a terminal device which cannot connect to a network connected to the electronic device.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes terminal devices 11A, 11B on a first network, and an information processing apparatus 10 on a second network. The first terminal device 11A includes means for acquiring device information of an electronic device 12A on the second network and the information processing apparatus 10, and means for transmitting an output request to the information processing apparatus 10 by use of the device information. The second terminal device 11B includes means for acquiring device information of the electronic device 12A and the information processing apparatus 10, and means for transmitting an acquisition request to the information processing apparatus 10 by use of the device information, to acquire electronic data. The information processing apparatus 10 includes: means for acquiring the output request and the acquisition request; means for issuing a request to the electronic device 12A to output the electronic data, and issuing an acquisition request to the electronic device 12A, to receive the electronic data; and means for providing the received electronic data to the second terminal device 11B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22 |
