PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission device, etc. that can suppress degradation of fluorescent material.SOLUTION: A light emission device 10 has a substrate 11, an LED chip 12 provided on the substrate 11, a first sealing layer 13a for sealing the LED chip 12, a second sealing layer 13b provided above the first sealing layer 13a, and a phosphor layer 13c containing yellow phosphor which is provided between the first sealing layer 13a and the second sealing layer 13b.
