PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce width warping of a floor material, with a wooden board as a base material.SOLUTION: When manufacturing a floor material 100 having a wooden board base material layer 10 and a decorative layer 40, width warping of a wooden board is measured, and a width warping board is selected; when including an adhesive process with a hot press, the wooden board base material layer 10 is arranged so that a surface of becoming a convex shape in the width warping of the wooden board, becomes the decorative layer side; and when including no adhesive process with the hot press, the wooden board base material layer 10 is arranged so that a surface of becoming a concave shape in the width warping of the wooden board, becomes the decorative layer 40 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
