PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently record log information and provide log information effective for verification processing, when an abnormality occurs in a facility to be managed.SOLUTION: When a log recording information determination unit 5 determines that there is a record of state change of the same operation type, the record of the state change of the same operation type in the log information stored in a log information storage unit 3 is updated using event occurrence information.
