PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof device of which durability is improved.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a vibration-proof device comprising an inner cylinder 1, an outer cylinder 2 and a resilient body 3. The resilient body 3 has a boring part 4 passing therethrough in an axial direction. The boring part 4 has, as seen in its sectional view in an axis vertical direction, the first contour part 41 near the inner cylinder 1 at the contour part of the inner cylinder, the second contour part 42 extending from the first contour part 41 toward the outer cylinder 2 and the third contour part 43 extending from the second contour part 42 in a direction opposite against the first contour part 41.
