PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board device, a train, and a signal security system capable of shortening a time from when a preceding train passes a block until a subsequent train is allowed to travel the block.SOLUTION: An on-board device 102 cruises trains 101 in a route consisting of one or more blocks in which an exclusive right is assigned to a train 101, receives a telegraphic message containing block exclusive right information which can assign the exclusive right of a block to one train 101, and sends the telegraphic message to other device. If the telegraphic message assigns the exclusive right of a block to a train 101 provided with an on-board device 102, the on-board device 102 on the train 101 assigned with the exclusive right controls a point 104 in the block in which the exclusive right has been assigned by a control method different from that of cruising of the telegraphic message on the basis of a direction of travel of the train 101 assigned with the exclusive right.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
