PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress both a Vth variation of an amplification transistor that is formed in a pixel, and a feed-through variation of a reset transistor.SOLUTION: A signal processing device includes: a first connection control part for controlling a connection between floating diffusion of a unit pixel and a signal line that transfers a signal read out of the unit pixel; a second connection control part for controlling a connection between input of an amplification part for feedback and the signal line; a third connection control part for controlling a connection between output of the amplification part for feedback and the signal line; and a feedback control part which controls the unit pixel, the amplification part for feedback and the first to the third connection control parts and feeds the output of the amplification part for feedback back to the floating diffusion.
