A dispensing device (10) is provided for storing and dispensing a flowable, viscous material. A cartridge (12) is provided for storing the material and includes a tube (30), a movable cup member (42) located within the tube (30), an end wall (34) having a nozzle opening (36) covered with a removable seal (46) and a nozzle (40). The nozzle (40) is removably held within the cup member (42) during storage. The dispensing device (10) includes an actuator (14) comprises a barrel (20), a trigger (22), a handle (16), a plunger (28) and a resilient detent (18). The movement of the trigger (22) causes the plunger (28) to push the moveable member (42) forward. The detent (18) holds the plunger (28) in place maintaining the flow of material. |
