In order to provide an antenna module housing structure which achieves an improved antenna characteristic, enables an antenna module to be easily and quickly housed in a casing, and exerts no influence on the housing capacity of a device that can be housed in the casing, in the present invention, a slot 40 is formed in a side plate 31a. The slot 40 has an entrance 40a at an upper end surface of the side plate 31a. The entrance 40a has a width W smaller than the thickness T of the side plate 31a and accommodating the thickness t of a substrate 33, and has a length L that accommodates the length a of one side of the substrate 33. An RF antenna module 32 is put in the slot 40 formed in the side plate 31a of a casing 31 and housed in the casing 31 by inserting one side of the substrate 33 into the entrance 40a of the slot 40 formed at the upper end surface of the side plate 31a, and inserting the substrate 33 into the slot 40 to a depth more than or equal to the length b of another side of the substrate 33. |
