Disclosed are a volute structure, a centrifugal compressor and a refrigeration device. The volute structure comprises: a casing body (8), a volute body (1) and a return channel (5); the volute body (1) comprises an inner volute and an outer volute independent one from the other, a fluid flow passage being formed between said inner volute and outer volute, and the inner volute and return channel (5) being disposed together. The present technical solution can increase the length of the level-one diffuser section, improving the diffusion effect of air entering the level-one diffuser and thus enhancing the performance of the centrifugal compressor.
