The utility model relates to a structural arrangement for a structural element for building, in the civil-construction technological sector, the objective being to confer dynamism on, to reinforce and to optimize the process of constructing the walls of buildings, such as houses and residential and commercial properties in general, guaranteeing a rapid and secure attachment of the structure to the floor or slab of the structure. It is known that there are various types of structural element that aim to facilitate the process of construction and to improve thermo-acoustic insulation, but these elements are high in cost and complex to handle and to install; there are also problems of attachment to the floor of the building, owing to inadequate seating on the floor or slab, which may give rise to problems of structural rigidity in the works. That being the case, the utility model is characterized in a structure (1) with standard panel modules (2), end panel modules (3), "U"-profile sections closing the top (4) and the bottom (5) superposed by OSB (Oriented Strand Board) panels (6), plasterboard or cement board (7) and various cladding elements (8); these structures (1) will be able to offer the lower profile sections (5) attached to metallic components (9) firmly anchored to the floor (A) and provided with tarred foam (10) and waterproofing asphalt sheet (11). |
